Thank you all for being so patient with us throughout the build of our new studio.

Our doors are officially open! Welcome to the New BB Yoga Studio, 566 Wharton Blvd. of Exton, PA.

Welcome to our yoga studio!

We’re located in the Eagleview Town Center

Classes We Offer

Our classes are all levels and all are welcome regardless of age, size, ability, and experience.

  • Aerial Yoga is a style of yoga that is performed with the support of an aerial hammock or silk. The support of the silk gives you the physical freedom to try yoga inversions or to deepen your stretches in traditional poses like dancer’s pose, warrior 3, and more. You can sign up for an aerial class on a weekly basis, join our intro to aerial monthly session, or schedule a private aerial class for you and your friends to hang out! Don’t worry, we always save time at the end of class for an inverted photoshoot!

  • Creative Vinyasa Flow

This is an all levels approach to Vinyasa Flow that incorporates muscle strengthening and muscle lengthening, often working towards a peak pose. Traditional elements of Vinyasa Flow are linked with conditioning movements in a creative sequence. Props will often be utilized and pose adaptations and modifications will be offered.

    Transitional Vinyasa Flow

Start your day the best way possible! Throughout the class, we'll incorporate breath, movement, and intention, while building strength mentally and physically. An all levels vinyasa class, we welcome anyone who would like to start their day in the best way possible! This slow moving meditative flow is suitable for all level students. This slow to moderate passed class focuses on creating space both in your body and your mind. Hands on alignment adjustments are available by request.

  • Sound bath is a relaxation technique. Sound healing, an ancient wellness practice dating back thousands of years, has been linked to reducing stress and anxiety. Come join Dora as she guides you through an all-levels practice combining yoga movements where participants bathe in sound using singing bowls.

  • Join us for an exploration of yoga poses and mindful breath techniques suitable for all levels of practitioners. Learn to move your body and link movement with breath while keeping your mind rooted in the present moment. Close your practice with a period of rest and leave feeling ready for your day.

Establishing the foundation necessary for mindful and nourishing practice, this Level 1 Yoga class is ideal for students new to yoga, those seeking to reaffirm their roots, as well as practitioners that simply resonate with a slower and more deliberate pace.

  • Schedule time with an instructor 1 on 1 or with a few friends for a class that’s tailored exactly to your needs.

  • This class consists of a consistent focus on the breath and alignment of fundamental yoga poses. The poses are taught in harmonization with the breath, helping to create an inner sense of balance and well-being. This class is great for beginners and also experienced yogis who are making time for self-care.

*In our mission to provide affordable, inclusive, and accessible wellness for all, this class has been established as a donation-based yoga class. Donations can be made in cash in person or through a credit card. All donations contribute towards keeping our little yoga studio alive and allowing us to continue to serve our community*

  • Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that cultivates inner stillness. Students use props – blankets, bolsters, and blocks support the physical body in shapes that open the body and calm the mind. It is a slow paced class which focuses on long holds in which you will be mindfully guided to consciously let go. This practice is designed to nurture and nourish both mind and body.

  • Prenatal:

Designed for all levels, abilities, stages of pregnancy and family expansion. Be part of a supportive and nurturing community as we navigate this experience and tune into a deeper understanding of ourselves and a spiritual connection with baby.

    Baby & Me:

Expect gentle movement for you and your baby in this postpartum-safe practice. Connect with other parents and caregivers in your community. Reconnect with your evolved body to find stability and strength both physically and mentally. Baby & Me Yoga is open to all caregivers and babies 6 weeks-crawlers. Postpartum parents are welcome to join without a baby as well.

  • Yin yoga is a slow-paced all levels practice with poses that are held for longer periods of time. Some poses will be held for a minimum of 3 minutes but can also exceed 6 minutes. This practice is designed to apply compression or tension to the connective tissue of the body, tendons, fascia, ligaments, with the goal of creating increased circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Connective tissue can only stretch and release by apply pressure or tension. Yin yoga is not intended to be a complete practice in itself, but a complement to more active forms of yoga

  • Meditation is a practice where you can simply let go and let be. Quiet your mind, relax your body, and soothe your spirit as you increase your connection to your breath and the patterns of your thoughts. We invite you to dress comfortably and to bring water if you’d like.

In-Studio Yoga

Our yoga studio is quaint in size with space for 20 students at a time. Practicing in a yoga studio provides you with warmth and serenity as the temperature can be adjusted based on the class preference, twinkly lights shimmer across the room, and our studio design engulfs you in relaxation & open-mindedness.

Livestream Yoga

Practicing yoga at home gives you a sense of freedom that you don’t always feel in a public space. You can move how you want to move and feel how you want to feel without the expectations you may feel in a studio setting. The best part of our virtual classes is that no one has to see you. If you struggle through a pose or have trouble keeping balance, no one will know but yourself...and you can get right back up and try it again!

Outdoor Yoga

Our outdoor yoga classes are on our weekly schedule in the warmer months during the morning or evening. We practice in the Eagleview Town Center courtyard, 30 yards down the hill from our studio. When the sun is shining, we’ll practice under the shade trees and the twinkly lights for a nice breeze while we move on our mats. In the spring and early fall, we will sometimes move our class to the courtyard stage to let the sun rays beam down on us!

Flow In The Sun

Yoga is a practice of intention. It’s a way in which you engage with the world to create unity. Your intention or reason for practicing yoga can be anything that you’d like to create or cultivate.

Some people practice yoga to garnish more compassion for others, to lose weight, to gain strength, to increase flexibility, be more mindful, manage stress, relieve pain, and so much more. When you come to your mat with intention, you’ll find yourself experiencing the true unity of yoga. Take a look at our class descriptions to find the class for your focus. We recommend trying out multiple styles and instructors to experience what resonates with you.
