Wellness Receptionist & Client Care Specialist
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Are you someone who loves helping others feel welcome, organized, and supported? We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented person (or two!) to join our front desk team at Blue Buddha Healing Arts.
What You’ll Do:
Greet clients with kindness and professionalism
Schedule appointments & answer phones/emails
Check clients in and out using our software (MindBody)
Support our amazing team of massage therapists, estheticians, and yoga teachers
Keep things running smoothly with light administrative duties and tidying tasks
