The support of the silk gives you the physical freedom to try yoga inversions or to deepen your stretches in traditional poses like dancer’s pose, warrior 3, and more. You can sign up for an aerial class on a weekly basis, join our intro to aerial monthly session, or schedule a private aerial class for you and your friends to hang out! Don’t worry, we always save time at the end of class for an inverted photoshoot!

Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that cultivates inner stillness. Students use props – blankets, bolsters, and blocks support the physical body in shapes that open the body and calm the mind. It is a slow paced class which focuses on long holds in which you will be mindfully guided to consciously let go. This practice is designed to nurture and nourish both mind and body.

In the studio, outside, or online…you choose!
In-Studio Yoga
Our yoga studio is quaint in size with space for 20 students at a time. Practicing in a yoga studio provides you with warmth and serenity as the temperature can be adjusted based on the class preference, twinkly lights shimmer across the room, and our studio design engulfs you in relaxation & open-mindedness.
Livestream Yoga
Practicing yoga at home gives you a sense of freedom that you don’t always feel in a public space. You can move how you want to move and feel how you want to feel without the expectations you may feel in a studio setting. The best part of our virtual classes is that no one has to see you. If you struggle through a pose or have trouble keeping balance, no one will know but yourself...and you can get right back up and try it again!

Outdoor Yoga
Our outdoor yoga classes are on our weekly schedule in the warmer months during the morning or evening. We practice in the Eagleview Town Center courtyard, 30 yards down the hill from our studio. When the sun is shining, we’ll practice under the shade trees and the twinkly lights for a nice breeze while we move on our mats. In the spring and early fall, we will sometimes move our class to the courtyard stage to let the sun rays beam down on us!
Yoga is a practice of intention. It’s a way in which you engage with the world to create unity. Your intention or reason for practicing yoga can be anything that you’d like to create or cultivate.
Some people practice yoga to garnish more compassion for others, to lose weight, to gain strength, to increase flexibility, be more mindful, manage stress, relieve pain, and so much more. When you come to your mat with intention, you’ll find yourself experiencing the true unity of yoga. Take a look at our class descriptions to find the class for your focus. We recommend trying out multiple styles and instructors to experience what resonates with you.
