Our classes are all levels and all are welcome regardless of age, size, ability, and experience.

Aerial Yoga is a style of yoga that is performed with the support of an aerial hammock or silk. The support of the silk gives you the physical freedom to try yoga inversions or to deepen your stretches in traditional poses like dancer’s pose, warrior 3, and more. You can sign up for an aerial class on a weekly basis, join our intro to aerial monthly session, or schedule a private aerial class for you and your friends to hang out! Don’t worry, we always save time at the end of class for an inverted photoshoot!

Creative Vinyasa Flow
This is an all levels approach to Vinyasa Flow that incorporates muscle strengthening and muscle lengthening, often working towards a peak pose. Traditional elements of Vinyasa Flow are linked with conditioning movements in a creative sequence. Props will often be utilized and pose adaptations and modifications will be offered.
Transitional Vinyasa Flow
Boost your energy with this revitalizing sequence. Throughout the class, we'll incorporate breath, movement, and intention, while building strength mentally and physically. As an all-levels vinyasa class, we focus on creating space both in your body and your mind. Hands on alignment adjustments are optional.

Sound bath is a relaxation technique incorporating the usage of singing bowls designed to help the body relax, rebalance, and restore. Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice dating back thousands of years, and been linked to reducing stress and anxiety. This class welcomes yogis of all levels, combining yoga movements and the healing vibrations of various singing bowls.

Establishing the foundation necessary for a mindful and nourishing practice, this class is ideal for students new to yoga, those seeking to reaffirm their roots, as well as practitioners that simply resonate with a slower and more deliberate pace.

This class consists of a consistent focus on the breath and alignment of fundamental yoga poses. The poses are taught in harmonization with the breath, helping to create an inner sense of balance and well-being. This class is great for beginners and also experienced yogis who are making time for self-care.
*In our mission to provide affordable, inclusive, and accessible wellness for all, our Sunday night slow flow is a donation-based yoga class. Donations can be made in cash in person or through a credit card. All donations contribute towards keeping our little yoga studio alive and allowing us to continue to serve our community*

Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that cultivates inner stillness. Students use props – blankets, bolsters, and blocks support the physical body in shapes that open the body and calm the mind. It is a slow paced class which focuses on long holds in which you will be mindfully guided to consciously let go. This practice is designed to nurture and nourish both mind and body.

Prenatal:
Designed for all levels, abilities, stages of pregnancy and family expansion. Be part of a supportive and nurturing community as we navigate this experience and tune into a deeper understanding of ourselves and a spiritual connection with baby.
Baby & Me:
Expect gentle movement for you and your baby in this postpartum-safe practice. Connect with other parents and caregivers in your community. Reconnect with your evolved body to find stability and strength both physically and mentally. Baby & Me Yoga is open to all caregivers and babies 6 weeks-crawlers. Postpartum parents are welcome to join without a baby as well.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced all levels practice with poses that are held for longer periods of time. Some poses will be held for a minimum of 3 minutes but can also exceed 6 minutes. This practice is designed to apply compression or tension to the connective tissue of the body, tendons, fascia, ligaments, with the goal of creating increased circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Connective tissue can only stretch and release by apply pressure or tension. Yin yoga is not intended to be a complete practice in itself, but a complement to more active forms of yoga

Meditation is a practice where you can simply let go and let be. Quiet your mind, relax your body, and soothe your spirit as you increase your connection to your breath and the patterns of your thoughts. We invite you to dress comfortably and to bring water if you’d like.
In-Studio Yoga
Our intimate studio welcomes up to 20 students, offering a warm, serene space with adjustable temperature, twinkling lights, and a calming, cozy atmosphere.
Livestream Yoga
Virtual classes let you practice freely at home—move, wobble, rest, and try again without pressure or being seen.
Aerial Yoga
Aerial classes use a supportive hammock to help you explore inversions and deepen traditional poses. Join weekly classes, a monthly intro, or book a private session— and we always save time at the end of class for you to try some fun inversion poses!
Outdoor Yoga
Seasonal outdoor classes meet mornings or evenings in the Eagleview courtyard, just steps from our studio—under shade trees, twinkling lights, or open sun.
