Stacey Brennan

Stacey has been a yoga practitioner for over 20 years. She started her own yoga journey with Asana and has integrated each of the 7 limbs as she deepened her own practice. She was recently part of the Blue Buddha YTT program and is proud to be able to teach in a studio that embraces yogis of all sizes, shapes, ages and colors. 

Stacey specializes in guiding and holding space for her students in a way that allows them to feel safe in their bodies and free to begin exploring yoga beyond the Asana. You will find Stacey leading our Slow Flow, Nidra, Restorative, and Meditation practices. The connection between mind and body, body and breath is where her talents shine.

She firmly believes that yoga is a place to breathe and soften, giving us the strength to go into the world with more control, more compassion, and more curiosity. And that through Yoga we learn to surrender, to sustain, and to step into our true selves daily.
