Mimi Liberi
Mimi has been enjoying yoga for over 30 years and is grateful to share her love of this ancient practice with others.
She completed her 200-hour teacher training at the Spirit of Yoga in 2010 and has been teaching ever since. Mimi feels fortunate to have spent these years practicing and teaching in beautiful spaces among the kindest people.
Her classes emphasize silence and stillness, creating space to breathe and settle into the present moment. Through yoga-the yoking of mind, body, and spirit- we come to the mat to quiet the monkey mind.
We move the physical body, knowing that motion is life, and just as importantly, we become still so we can drop into our center and reconnect with our soul. Mimi often incorporates readings into her classes, drawing from poetry and ancient mystics, reflecting her deep love of the written word.
