Kim Gillenwater
With a passion for trying new things, Kim first found yoga as a new challenge. She soon learned Yoga is not something you aim to conquer but a continuous practice that allows you to nurture in both mind and body.
Yoga has allowed her to let go of past struggles and feelings of resentment which opened up space for positive energy and love in her own life. Her love for yoga continued to grow and soon after decided this journey was something she wanted to share with others.
After completing her 200-hr certification and began teaching, the Yoga studio was where she found a real connection to herself and others. In spring 2019, Kim completed her Aerial teacher training where she encourages everyone to return to their Child-Like mindset, trust themselves, let go of fear, and just have fun!
The Libra in her believes people are happiest when they find a balance in life that allows them to be their truest self. She wants to encourage Yoga as a way of letting go of yesterday and feel at peace with the present.
