Yoga for Kids and Teens
Yoga is more than just a physical activity. A regular yoga practice can provide adolescents with the skills to manage stress, improve self-esteem and body image, boost concentration and memory, and increase balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility.
We passionately believe in yogas power to boost community, self-acceptance, and self-love.

Each month we host a free yoga class for young adults ages 12-19 in addition to our monthly kids’ yoga workshops.
Join us as we discover strategies and techniques that can be utilized in everyday life as well as make new supportive connections with one another.
Kids Yoga K-2
Join us as we use our imaginations to travel through jungles, along beaches, and over mountains. Picture books, music, games, and activities will support our exploration of movement and breath and encourage confidence, strength, generosity, gratitude, and respect.

Kids Yoga 3-5
As we continue to change and grow, it is important to take care of our physical and mental well-being. Strengthening our bodies—both inside and out-- through movement, breath, and mindfulness activities will help us build a solid foundation for a healthy mind and a healthy body. Our Growing and Changing kids yoga for grades 3-5 will include books, music, games, and activities intended to promote and encourage confidence, inner strength, self-care, self-love, generosity, gratitude, and respect.

Teen Yoga
Let’s create a welcoming community where we can all exhale! Join us for a yoga class, discussion, and journaling session designed to help encourage mindfulness and self-awareness. We will discover strategies and techniques to relieve the stresses of everyday life as well as make new supportive connections with one another.
