Jenn Rose


Jenn Rose found yoga in her late 20's as a form of therapy. Her practice has continued to show up through the years, nurturing all phases of her life. Always a student, she has over 400 hours of training, with special interests in Kundalini (200 hrs) and in Prenatal/Postnatal yoga (100 hrs & counting).


Her deepest desire is to serve the perinatal community, driven by the positive and negative experiences of her own pregnancies. When pregnant with her first child, she felt alone in her regular yoga classes...not knowing what was safe, what to adapt, and how to relax into this new body. During her second pregnancy, she set out to repurpose that fear into knowledge. 

With a desire to demystify prenatal yoga, Jenn Rose provides a foundation of functional movement, breathwork, and meditation. Be part of a supportive and nurturing community as you navigate this experience and tune in to a deeper understanding of yourself and a spiritual connection with your baby. Classes are open to all parenting & birthing preferences.
