Jen Maillie
Jen has been practicing yoga for 20+ years, and immediately was drawn to the many benefits for the mind, body and soul that yoga provided.
She completed 200 Hour Training in 2016 at Spirit of Yoga in West Chester, and has been sharing her passion since leading variety of yoga including Hatha, Gentle, Vinyasa, Restorative and Chair.
Jen also is an instructor since 2016 with the Silver Sneakersprogram. Additional certifications include Chair, Restorative, Hatha, Trauma & Addiction Recovery (NECTAR), Trauma Sensitive Yoga for Youth (Transformation Yoga Project), Traumatic Brain Injury (Love Your Brain), Body Mindfulness (Yoga Life Institute). Jen’s practices offer mindfulness with movement & loving kindness to yourself.
Jen loves to share her exercise passion in a fun way and help people continue to move. She enjoys seeing people feel good about themselves!
