Jen Sage
Jen has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2019, and her work is rooted in one mission: creating a container where people can reconnect with the essence of their wholeness.
Through alignment, presence, and intention, she guides others toward greater wellbeing, vitality, and flow - reminding us that nothing about us needs fixing. Jen is a registered yoga and meditation teacher, a registered dietitian and certified plant-based cook, and a sound healer and Holy Fire Reiki Master.
Her work weaves the physical, energetic, and spiritual into a deeply grounding experience. She teachers vinyasa and kundalini. Though she lives in Asheville, NC, Jen comes back to PA for the occasional pop up class!
