You’re confirmed!

Thank you for applying as a vendor for our 2021 BuddhaFEST! We are excited that you’re joining us for our first ever mindful triathlon, right here, in the Eagleview Town Center. Just a few things to note in order to confirm your spot…

  • Your vendor payment can be made by check or through Venmo. Checks can be made out to Blue Buddha LLC. Our Venmo account name is @bluebuddha. Note: Your payment cannot be refunded. Your reserved spot is used for promotional materials.

  • We need a copy of your insurance certificate with both: Blue Buddha LLC and Eagleview Town Center Condominium Association 707 Eagleview Blvd. Exton, PA 19341 as additionally insured. This can be sent to bridget@bbhealingarts.com

  • Don’t forget to send your logo in png format with a transparent background to bridget@bbhealingarts.com.

  • We will follow up with you as soon we receive your check to confirm and to discuss any items that you’d like to include in the Buddha bag for attendees.

The day of the event:

  • Set up begins at 6 AM and takedown can begin at 2:30 PM on October 2nd (rain date: October 3rd)

  • Please stop by our registration table to sign in when you arrive so that we can direct you to your booth location.

  • Please remember to be courteous and considerate of the other vendors when unloading/loading. Leave room for others to pass in driving areas. You need to unload quickly and remove your vehicle to the parking area as soon as possible. Please be set up and ready to go by 6:45 AM. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED BY THE COURTYARD AFTER 6:45 AM ON SATURDAY.

Our volunteers will be around the courtyard in clearly marked attire to assist you throughout the day as needed. We are hopeful for beautiful weather and a fantastic event!
