Kate is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Master Level Certified Ashiatsu Practitioner and Instructor for Deepfeet Bar Therapy, Certified Equine Massage Therapist and Certified Thai Yoga Massage Therapist. Kate specializes in therapeutic massage techniques. Her practice ranges from relaxing efflaurage and petrissage to deep tissue therapies including Ashiatsu, myofascial techniques, manual lymph drainage and thai yoga massage. She offers advanced therapeutic modalities including Myofascial Release, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Neuromuscular, Cross Fiber and Lymph Drainage as well as Ashiatsu, Pre-Natal, Swedish and Warm Stone Massage. Julie is a Level II Reiki practitioner and holds an RYT-200 certification in yoga. She graduated from PA School of Muscle Therapy in 2000 and is a massage instructor at Cortiva Institute. Julie has gained experience in clinical, chiropractic, corporate, fitness, resort and spa settings in both her massage and yoga practices, and brings the combined benefit of these experiences to her practice. Jessica came to yoga 5 1/2 years ago after having her second daughter. It quickly became something that she loved and made a priority in her world. Not only was she feeling better than ever physically, but she was more aware of how important the mind/body connection is. About a year and a half ago she decided to take a leap and began her 200 hour yoga teacher training. It was an indescribable experience and one that she will always cherish. She has since expanded her horizons and received pre/post natal and meditation certificates. She believes yoga should and can be available to as many people as possible, and creates her classes based on her students needs. A mindful flow consists of connecting to breath, focusing on an intention and moving in a carefully crafted yoga flow. Her classes will leave you feeling empowered, balanced and calm.
