Heather has been practicing yoga for over 5 years. When her 20 year hairdressing career started to go stale she decided to explore what she could do with her other love...yoga. Yoga has been an outlet for Heather, a way for her to cultivate her abilities to stay present and positive. She has used her practice not only to create a healthy body but a healthy mind free from anxiety. She wanted to share what she has gained through yoga with others through teaching. Heather became a RYT 200 yoga teacher in August of 2016 after a year of intense training and practice. In pursuit of a more advanced knowledge of yoga she has completed an 8 hour program in New York with Baron Baptiste, a 24 hour aerial teacher training program , and replies "My goal as a yoga instructor is to touch people's lives in such a way that I can help them feel physically and emotionally healthier so that they have the strength to continue their journey with positive mindful intentions and love toward not only others but themselves."
